I’m embracing my femininity and really enjoying wearing florals this summer. I am wearing another bright floral print here. This dress is a bit atypical because it has a blue base. I more often see floral dresses that are on a white, black or on a warm toned base. Florals that follow this type of color scheme tend to read as more delicate but the intensity of this dress drew me in.

Can I be Smurfette? I want a village of men to tend to me and be genuinely concerned about my well being. Wouldn’t that be nice? In the meanwhile, I will prance around in my blue floral dress and feel like a neon Aphrodite. Femininity doesn’t mean being weak instead you are embracing your womanhood.
