Leaps and Bounds-Setting Boundaries
We live and learn, even when you didn’t know that you needed a lesson. In my last blog post here as basic as it sounds, I realized that I have a issue with asking for help. When I came to this realization and also started examining further; I still need to learn more about setting and maintaining boundaries. I graduated from university a long time a go and didn’t willingly sign up to study. Learning and unlearning is exhausting!
Self-care, which can include setting boundaries, is an important part of leading a mentally healthy life. But, unlike more intuitive aspects of self-care like healthy eating and exercise, setting healthy boundaries isn’t something most people understand. For more people to experience greater well-being and fulfillment, they must learn about healthy boundaries.

Simply put, setting boundaries is self love and I missed this when I first touched on this topic here. Ladies, self love is a journey without a destination.
